Robert has extensive experience in both the construction and development fields. Mr. Primeau earned a BBA and MBA from the University of Michigan - Stephen M. Ross School of Business Administration and is a Florida Licensed General Contractor and Florida Licensed Real Estate Broker. Robert has a career spanning over 40 years in the multi-family, office, commercial retail and industrial sectors, including executive leadership positions in firms like AJ Etkin Construction (now SKANSKA), Turner Development (part of Turner Construction) and as an independent contractor for Siemens on several of their large scale research office and manufacturing projects. Prior to joining Flux, Robert founded the general contracting firm, Florida General Contracting Corporation, in 2002 and has delivered numerous multi-million dollar projects with great client satisfaction.

 

As the Director of Construction at Flux, Robert handles the overall project management on each build, budget estimating, cost control and critical path timeline. His vast experience allows the firm to make timely, well calculated decisions at every stage of the project development process, from schematic design to permitting to construction administration.

 

Robert is also the chief of Business Development at Flux. In this capacity, he strives to constantly elevate the firm to the forefront, by routinely building meaningful relationships with community leaders, affluent individuals and legislators throughout the nation. This gives Flux the ability to operate at a national level ranging from Miami, New York, Detroit and Los Angeles.
